My kids love this, and it's good for them. Makes a great after-school snack or side dish for an easy meal.

Ingredients:
2-3 medium apples (your preference), cored and sliced
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions:
Mix yogurt and peanut butter until very well blended.
Serve with apple slices on a pretty plate.
