Did you know you can make tuna noodle casserole in the Crock-Pot?! We've made this many times over the years and like it just fine. But then I really like tuna noodle casserole. Though I must say it's not as yummy as our regular oven baked version (like our mom's used to make), it's fast and easy, and cheap!

Ingredients:
1 regular size can of tuna fish, packed in water, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. pasta of your choice, medium shells or twists
2-3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place ingredients in crock pot and stir together. Cook on slow until noodles are soft, about 4 hours. You can also add chopped onions and substitute the Healthy Request soup for a low fat healthier version.
If you don't have enough liquid in this recipe it may turn out a little dry and the edges of your noodles may be crunchy. We don't mind this at all, but if you do, just add the full 3 cups of water. That will help.
