This is a recipe from a very poor, large, immigrant family during the Depression years.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 c. flour
2 eggs
water
Directions:
Boil chicken or just use stock. In separate bowl add 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, and enough water to make a thick paste. Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling stock, let boil for about ten minutes.
You can alter this recipe to fit any leftover, for the most wonderful noodle soup. I suggest you make a lot because people go wild over it!
