"Frugal Cat Lady"
This is my "cat lady" costume, which was virtually free. I basically just threw on every item of clothing I have that has cats on it, strapped a stuffed animal cat to my leg with a rubber band, secured a smaller stuffed cat to headband, threw in a few strategically-placed rollers, and then grabbed my own cat. It was very funny!
