"Stained Glass Window"
This is a copy of a stained glass window in the tower of Scranton’s City Hall.
I drew the stained glass window design to use as my guide. I put the colored plastic sheets over the drawing and traced the shape I wanted them to be with marker and cut them out just inside the marker lines. I fit all the pieces together like a puzzle. I took silver Sculpey clay and rolled out long thin snakes and wrapped them around the pieces and fit them together. I placed it on a pie tin and baked it for 10 minutes at 200.
