"Felted Shamrock Ornament"
This was my very first attempt at needle felting.
For this ornament I used a piece of craft felt and some green and cream colored wool content yarn. You will also need a felting needle and felting block.
What I did was trace the image on the felt in sharpie marker and then just started felting the green yarn within those lines. Once I "felt" that it was covered sufficiently I used cream color yarn to make hearts on each leaf.
To finish, I trimmed up the edges a bit and used a paper hole punch to make a hole at the top and tied a small piece of ribbon through!
